Welcome! I'm Claire, a personal trainer and fitness instructor based in Kildare. My goal is to motivate, inspire and empower my clients to achieve their goals through exercise, nutrition and mindset coaching. Group Training

Functional, SWEAT & Beginner Classes

My Functional Fitness, SWEAT & Beginner classes are group training sessions designed for people of every level to maximise your health and fitness in minimal time for minimal cost. Do you want to lose weight whilst increasing your fitness, flexibility, muscle tone and energy levels? Do you find it difficult to get motivated and reach your goals by yourself? At all my classes we use a variety of fun and training methods in a friendly group environment to keep you challenged and engaged.
From interval training, running, kettlebells, weights, medicine balls, bodyweight exercises, core work and much more, each session is different but designed to drive you towards achieving your goals. If you are looking for a fun, social atmosphere in an encouraging environment then my group training sessions are for you. Its never too late to start. All fitness levels catered for.

1-to-1 Private PT Sessions

Do you need motivation, guidance and support when it comes to exercise or achieving your goals? If so, then my one-on-one personal training sessions are exactly what you are after. These sessions are specifically designed and tailored to suit your goals, whether it’s to improve your fitness levels, lose weight, or get stronger our personal training sessions will always be varied, fun and effective in ensuring your body is constantly adapting - giving you’re the results you want!
Whether you are a beginner or advanced trainer looking for sustainable results, personal training sessions can be a great way to improve your technique, your performance, your motivation and increase your results.

Duration: 50 minutes per session
